Hospitality
greeters
Our Greeter Team plays a key role in creating a warm and welcoming environment each Sunday. Greeters stand at the entrances to greet everyone who arrives, offer a friendly smile, and hand out bulletins for corporate worship. They’re also available to assist guests by answering questions, helping them find a seat, or directing them to children’s check-in or other areas of the church. Their goal is to make every person feel noticed, welcomed, and ready to worship together.
Coffee
Our coffee team make our church feel welcomed through their hospitality and service. Each person of this team helps with the set-up and tear-down of the coffee bar, brewing coffee, and hosting everyone at our gathering.

Security
Security
Our security team provides for the physical security of the building and spaces, ensuring that everyone is treated with dignity and respect in the process. They also ensure we have plans in place for safe and orderly administration of first aid, evacuation plans, and more. Each person on this team has a passion for wise and temperate action, but each person is also committed to ensuring our worship gatherings are orderly and honoring to God.
All volunteers here are subject to mandatory background checks and additional trainings.

Member Care
member care team member
The Member Care Team helps our church family live out Acts 6:1–7 by meeting practical needs within the body. Team members connect those with needs to others in the church who can help—whether it’s yard work for elderly members, moving assistance, meals for new parents, small home repairs, rides to appointments, or grocery runs for shut-in members. Team members should be caring, dependable, and well-connected, with a heart to serve and the ability to follow through.

Audio and Visual
Sound board
Our Sound Team volunteers manage all audio aspects of our worship services. They support the music team by providing the right sound balance, adjusting levels for instruments and microphones, and ensuring clear, consistent audio throughout the service. They also record sermons each week so they can be shared with those who aren’t able to attend in person.
Lyrics
Our Lyrics Team volunteers ensure that every slide shown on the projector is accurate and well-timed. They display song lyrics, Scripture readings, and other on-screen elements during the service, helping the congregation participate fully in worship without distraction.

Music
vocalists and instrumentalists
Our Music Team includes both vocalists and instrumentalists (piano, acoustic guitar, bass, cello, and cajon) who lead the congregation in singing through simple, acoustic arrangements of hymns. At WRBC, we view the entire congregation as the true music team—the musicians on stage are there to serve and support the congregation’s singing, helping everyone lift their voices together in worship.

Finance
finance team
Our Finance Team helps steward the church’s resources with care and integrity. One way to serve is by assisting as a second money counter after the offering is collected. This person works alongside the Deacon of Finance to count the offering and ensure it is securely stored, helping maintain accuracy and accountability in all financial matters.
